We import the full food-grade chemical range used by Afghan factories: citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid and tartaric acid; sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate; food phosphates such as STPP, SAPP, TSPP, DSP, MSP and sodium hexametaphosphate; sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate; ascorbic acid and tocopherol antioxidants; mono sodium glutamate and yeast extract; sodium and potassium citrate; calcium chloride and calcium carbonate; sodium metabisulphite; and food-grade caustic soda and nitric acid for CIP cleaning. Every consignment ships with a manufacturer certificate of analysis and food-grade or halal documentation where applicable.

Wakman Group supplies citric acid monohydrate and anhydrous in 25 kg bags to beverage plants, juice and jam producers, confectioners and detergent manufacturers, sourced from established Chinese and European producers. We also carry sodium citrate, malic acid and blended acidulant systems for soft drinks and powdered beverages.

Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), tetrasodium pyrophosphate (TSPP), sodium acid pyrophosphate (SAPP), disodium and monosodium phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) and phosphate blends for processed cheese, UHT milk, meat and poultry injection, and baking powder systems — with dosage guidance from our technical desk.

All food-contact materials are supplied to food-grade specification with a certificate of analysis per lot, and halal certification is provided where the manufacturer holds it. We can also share allergen, GMO and kosher statements on request.

Standard packing is 25 kg bags or drums, 20–25 kg cartons for enzymes and flavours, and 1 MT jumbo bags for bulk acids and phosphates. Minimums typically start around 500 kg to 1 MT per item and can be consolidated with other lines into one mixed container.
