What we supply to agriculture producers
Agriculture is where our import and export businesses meet. We import the inputs Afghan growers and agri-processors need — nitrogen, phosphate and potash fertilisers, hybrid seed and crop protection products — and we export the resulting harvest: dried fruit, nuts, saffron, herbs and fresh produce.
Afghan soils are typically low in nitrogen and available phosphorus, which is why urea and DAP dominate farm demand. We stock the standard grades year-round in 50 kg bags — urea 46%, DAP 18-46-0, NPK blends, potassium sulphate (SOP) and ammonium sulphate — and bring in specialty lines such as water-soluble drip fertigation fertilisers, chelated micronutrients and foliar feeds for orchard and greenhouse growers.
Season planning matters more here than in any other sector. Fertiliser demand peaks before the autumn wheat planting (September–November) and again at spring top-dressing and orchard bloom (February–April), so we position stock in our Kabul warehouse ahead of each window and deliver to dealers and large farms across Herat, Helmand, Nangarhar, Balkh, Kandahar and Kunduz.
On the export side we work with the same farming communities in reverse: we buy raisins, almonds, pistachios, pine nuts, Herat saffron, cumin, asafoetida, fresh pomegranates and grapes directly from producer regions, and handle grading, packing, certification and international shipping for overseas buyers.

Potassium carbonate and dipping oil for raisin drying, metabisulphite and storage consumables for dried fruit processors.
Export packing
Cartons, liners, vacuum and MAP packing for raisin, nut, saffron and fresh produce export.
Greenhouse & irrigation inputs
Greenhouse film, drip lines, filters and growing media for protected horticulture.
Processing equipment

Autumn season (September – November)
Peak demand for wheat planting: DAP and MAP as basal dressing, urea for early top-dressing. Order by late August to guarantee stock — DAP and urea are the first grades to sell out each season.
Spring season (February – April)
Wheat top-dressing with urea, orchard bloom sprays with zinc and boron, and vegetable planting with NPK and water-soluble grades. Orchard SOP and foliar programmes run through fruit fill in early summer.
